【Abstract】 Objective:To improve the quality about ADRs/ADEs report in our hospital. Methods:200 reports on ADRs/ADEs in our hospital were retrospective analyzed. Results and Conclusion:Only 26% of the reports reached to the 4th Grade. The descriptions for the happening process and the handling results of ADRs/ADEs were too simple. The educations of medical workers and patients on ADRs/ADEs should be strengthened so as to improve the level of ADRs/ADEs report.更多还原
