【摘要】 目的:建立可同时测定复方蛇床酊中蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸含量的HPLC法。方法:色谱柱:Apollo C₁₈（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸溶液（65:35）,流速:1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长:322nm。结果:蛇床子素和土荆皮乙酸分别在0.010～0.080μg（r=0.9998）和0.005～0.040μg（r=0.9996）范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.50%和98.78%,RSD分别为1.94%和1.42%。结论:该方法简便易行,结果准确,重复性好,可用于控制复方蛇床酊的质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To establish the determination method for osthol and pseudolaricacid B in compound Shechuang tincture by HPLC.Method:Apollo C₁₈column（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）was used with methanol-1%acetic acid solution（65:35）as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^-1and the detection wavelength was 322 nm.Result:A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.010-0.080μg（r=0.999 8）for osthol and 0.005-0.040μg（r=0.999 6）for pseudolaricacid B,respectively.The average recovery of the two components was 99.50%and 98.78%with RSD of 1.94%and 1.42%,respectively.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,reliable,and can be applied in the quality control of compound Shechuang tincture.更多还原
