【摘要】 目的:观察中药灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的有效率,分析中药灌肠对慢性肾衰竭不同阶段、不同证型的疗效情况。方法:收集慢性肾衰竭病例60例,随机分成对照组12例,灌肠组48例,对照组予西医常规治疗,灌肠组在西医常规治疗基础上辨证使用中药灌肠,记录患者治疗前后症状及血肌酐等的变化情况。结果:对照组肌酐较入院时总体上有所升高,而灌肠组治疗较入院时有所下降;慢性肾衰越早期使用中药灌肠疗效越好;慢性肾衰不同证型中药灌肠疗效不同。结论:中药灌肠能通过降低血肌酐有效缓解慢性肾衰竭的进展;应尽早期辨证使用中药灌肠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe effective rate for CRF in TCM sausage, to analysis treatment effect for different stage and different symptom. Methods: To collect 60 cases of patient with CRF, dividing them into two groups randomly, 12 cases for control group, coloclyster group for 48 cases. Control group is based on western traditional treatment, the other group is using TCM sausag dialecticaly when it is on the basis of western-style treatment. To keep a record of the variation on condition before and after the treatment. Result: Creatinine is upper than befer treatment on control group, while coloclyster group reduceed little after treatment; For patient, the earlier you cure in way of TCM sausage, the better you will be. Also there are different curative effects if the symptom is different.
