【摘要】 目的研究P15蛋白在高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)16/18型感染所致的尖锐湿疣组织中的表达,探讨其在尖锐湿疣发生发展中的作用。方法对经HPV分型PCR检测试剂盒检测HPV 16/18型阳性的40例尖锐湿疣组织应用免疫组织化学方法检测P15蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中表达水平,并以35例正常组织做对照。结果在尖锐湿疣组织中和正常对照组织中,P15蛋白阳性表达率分别为70.0%、94.3%,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 P15蛋白在尖锐湿疣组织中表达降低可能与尖锐湿疣的发生发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the expression of p15 protein in condyloma acuminatum caused by high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV) 16/18 infection,explore its role in the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum.[Methods]40 condyloma acuminatum cases which were positive for HPV16/18 by PCR detection kit of HPV classification were collected,the immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of P15 protein in condyloma acuminatum,and 35 normal specimens were regarded as the controls.[Results]The positive expression rate of P15 protein in condyloma acuminatum tissue and normal controls was 70.0% and 94.3% respectively,and the difference between two groups was significant(P<0.01)[Conclusion]The low expression of P15 protein may be related to the occurrence and development of condyloma acuminatum.更多还原
