【摘要】 目的:观察加味交泰汤对高血压失眠大鼠主动脉内皮血管性假血友病因子(Von Willebrand factor,vWF)和内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(endothelial,eNOS)表达的影响,探讨中医药防治高血压合并失眠状态思路。方法:24只12周龄SHR分为4组:空白组(高血压),模型组(高血压失眠),加味交泰汤组,归脾汤组(对照组)。采用药物睡眠剥夺法建立模型(空白组除外),用药2周后,采用免疫组化法检测主动脉eNOS、VWF8的表达。结果:加味交泰汤组eNOS表达升高,vWF表达降低显著。结论:加味交泰汤具有降压安神和明显内皮保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect that Jiaweijiaotaitang to the expression of aortic endothelial von Willebrand factor(Von Willebrand factor,vWF) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(endothelial,eNOS) in the hypertension rats with insomnia,and to explore the treatment and prevention by Traditional Chinese Medicine in the status of hypertension with insomnia.Methods: 24 SHR were divided into 4 groups of 12 weeks old,Control group,Model group,Jiaweijiaotaitang group and Guipitang group.Insomnia model rat was established by Drug sleep deprivation method(except the blank group).After 2 weeks of treatment,detect the aortic eNOS,VWF8 expression with the method of immunohistochemistry.Results: Jiaweijiaotaitang group increased expression of eNOS,vWF expression decreased significantly.Conclusion: Jiaweijiaotaitao have significant endothelial protective effect with the antihypertensive effect and Calm the nerves.更多还原
