【摘要】 [目的]研究土荆芥提取物(以下简称土荆芥)与西药克拉霉素或甲硝唑联用对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)标准菌株(NCTC11637)的杀菌作用。[方法]在空白对照组和含不同药物组的布氏肉汤液体培养基中加入同等浓度的Hp悬液,分别于4、8、12和24h时间段等比稀释涂培养基,再行培养72h后进行菌落计数。[结果]与对照组比较,土荆芥在上述4个时间点对Hp均有显著的杀菌作用,24h杀菌率达到99%以上。与克拉霉素或甲硝唑联用后效果更佳。[结论]土荆芥对于Hp(NCTC11637)有明确的杀菌作用,与西药克拉霉素或甲硝唑联用后作用更强。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the bactericidal action of chenopodium ambrosioides combined with clarithromycin and metronidazole for Helicobacter Pylori(Hp). [Methods]The same concentration of Hp suspension was added into the blank control and different drug-containing broth liquid medium.After 4 hours,8 hours,12 hours and 24 hours,geometric dilution was made to paint plates respectively,and bacteria colonies were count after 72 hours cultivation. [Results]Compared with the control group,chenopodium ambrosioides showed a significant bactericidal effect on Hp on the four time points,and the 24-hour sterilization rate was more than 99%.The effect was much better when combined with clarithromycin and metronidazole. [Conclusion]Chenopodium ambrosioides had bactericidal effect,especially when combined with clarithromycin and metronidazole.更多还原
