【摘要】 目的探讨康复期海洛因依赖者的人格特征。方法采用中国版简式(339)"明尼苏达多项人格测查表"(MMPI),对80例康复期海洛因依赖者进行测查,并与中国常模对照。结果男性海洛因患者Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa、Sc和Ma临床量表分明显增高(P<0.01或P<0.05);女性海洛因依赖者Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa和Ma临床量表分明显升高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论康复期海洛因依赖者有明显的人格异常。应从其人格特点着手,有针对性地采取心理干预,减少复吸。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To explore the personality characteristics of heroin addicts in a stage of rehabilitation.【Methods】 By using the 399-item Chinese version of Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory(MMPI Chinese version),80 heroin addicts in a stage of rehabilitation were tested and the results were compared with the Chinese normal and analyzed.【Results】 In the male heroin addicts,the measured scales of hypochondriasis,depression,hysteira,psychopathicstatus,masculinity-femininity,paranoid,schizophrenia and hypomania of MMPI appeared to be very high(P <0.01or P <0.05),while in the female,the scales of hypochondriasis,depression,hysteira,psychopathicstatus,masculinity-femininity,paranoid and hypomania of MMPI were very high(P <0.01 or P <0.05).【Conclusions】 Heroin addicts in a stage of rehabilitation have significant personality abnormalities.Effective psychological intervention and rehabilitation instruction are needed when treating them.更多还原
