【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者肝组织免疫组化表达与血清HBV DNA、HBeAg的关系。方法:检测120例慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血HBV DNA、HBeAg含量,同时观察肝组织内免疫组化检测HBsAg、HBcAg的表达,并分析二者之间的关系。结果:120例慢乙肝患者血清HBsAg全阳性,HBeAg阳性58例,HBVDNA阳性72例,肝组织内免疫组化HBsAg阳性120例,HBcAg阳性64例,各组间比较差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎病毒复制指标血清HBV DNA、HBeAg及肝组织内HBcAg中HBcAg表达更能反映出肝内乙肝病毒复制状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the relationship of liver tissue immunohistochemical and serum HBVDNA,HBeAg with Chronic hepatitis B patients.Methods: Detection 120 patients with chronic hepatitis b patients peripheral blood HBVDNA,HBeAg content,and observe the liver tissue inside immunohistochemical detection HBsAg HBcAg expression,and analyzed the relation between the two.Results: 120 patients with CHB patients serum HBsAg HBeAg positive all positive,58 cases of HBVDNA positive,72 cases,liver tissue inside immunohistochemical HBsAg positive 120 example,HBcAg positive 64,each group there were statistically significant differences between the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Chronic hepatitis b virus replication index serum HBVDNA,and hepatic HBeAg within the organization in HBcAg HBcAg expression more can reflect intrahepatic HBV replication condition.更多还原
