【摘要】 转化医学研究的目标是为疾病的预测、预防、诊断和治疗提供帮助。该文结合乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)相关肝病,尤其是终末肝病的诊治、新药开发、人工肝和肝移植,以及细胞和组织工程相关的临床实践需求,提出了当前亟待解决的问题和面临的挑战;只有通过综合基础、临床和转化研究,才能实现对HBV相关肝病的早期预测、预防、诊断及个体化治疗新策略的探索。这是我国当前HBV相关肝病领域转化医学研究面临的巨大挑战。更多还原

【Abstract】 Translational medicine helps with predicting,preventing,diagnosing,and treating of diseases.Here the author has addressed the clinical needs in diagnosing,drug developing,artificial liver and liver transplantation,cell transplantation and tissue engineering for hepatitis B virus(HBV) -related liver diseases(including carcinoma and hepatic failure).Furthermore,the author argues that the integration of basic,clinical and translational researches will facilitate effective translation of basic findings into clinical applications in predicting,preventing,diagnosing,and personalized therapeutics of hepatic diseases,which is a lofty challenge in this field.更多还原
