EphA2和E-cadherin蛋白在肾透明细胞癌中表达及其意义
Expression and significance of EphA2 and E-cadherin in Renal clear cell carcinoma
【摘要】 目的探讨EphA2和E-cadherin蛋白的表达与肾透明细胞癌(Renal clear cell carcinoma,RCCC)发生、发展及转移的关系及其相关性。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测28例正常肾脏组织(Normal kidney,NK)和74例RCCC组织中EphA2、E-cadherin蛋白的表达。结果 EphA2和E-cadherin在RCCC中的表达率分别明显高于正常组织和低于NK(P<0.05);随着RCCC临床分期的升高,EphA2和E-cadherin的表达分别逐渐增加和减少(P<0.05);EphA 2和E-cad-herin在有淋巴结转移组的表达分别明显高于和低于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.05)。EphA2蛋白和E-cadherin蛋白的表达在RCCC患者中呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论 EphA2蛋白的高表达和的E-cadherin蛋白的低表达可能与RCCC的发生、发展及转移有关。
【Abstract】 Objective To approach the relation and relevance between the expression of EphA2 and E-cadherin in tissues of human renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC) and the occurrence,progression and metastasis of RCCC.Methods Immunohistochemistry method was performed to detect the expressions of EphA2 and E-cadherin in 28 samples of normal kidney tissues(NK) and 74 samples of RCCC.Results The positive expression rates of EphA2 and E-cadherin in RCCC were significantly higher and lower than that in normal renal tissues(P<0.05),respectively.The expressions of EphA2 and E-cadherin showed a trend of increasing and decreasing accompany with the advance of clinical stage of RCCC(P<0.05),respectively.The expressions of EphA2 and E-cadherin in lymphonode metastasis group were obviously higher and lower than the non-metastasized one(P<0.05),respectively.There was significant negative correlation between the expression of EphA2 and E-cadherin in RCCC(P<0.05).Conclusion High expression of EphA2 and low expression of E-cadherin may be concerned with the occurrence,progression,and metastasis of RCCC.
