【摘要】 目的研究bFGF在大鼠心肌纤维化中的表达。方法注射盐酸异丙肾上腺素(Isoprenaline Hydrochloride,Iso)2 mg.kg-1复制大鼠心肌坏死模型。采用常规染色,免疫组化染色以及RT-PCR方法分析bFGF蛋白表达。结果 bFGF蛋白表达随病变程度的加重而增加,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性。结论 bFGF参与了缺血性心肌纤维化的发生发展过程。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of bFGF in rat’s myocardial fibrosis.Methods Rat myocardium necrosis models were induced by isoproterenol(Iso,2 mg.kg-1).Conventional staining,immunohistochemical staining and Masson staining were used to analyze expression of bFGF protein.Results bFGF protein expression with the severity of disease decreases.Conclusion bFGF involved in ischemic myocardial fibrosis in the development process.更多还原
