【摘要】 目的分析老年人心力衰竭患者临床症状和用药的特点,为今后及早诊断、有效用药控制和预防提供参考。方法选择入住我院的175例老年人心力衰竭患者进行总结分析。结果老年人心力衰竭常有多种诱因及多种病因存在,临床诊治工作难度大,误诊率高、病死率高。本组患者在住院期间早期误诊9例,误诊率5.1%;死亡19例,病死率10.9%,死因依次为泵衰竭7例,恶性心律失常4例,猝死3例,多器官衰竭3例,代谢紊乱2例。结论老年人心力衰竭患者临床症状多不典型,多病因并存,治疗矛盾多,须多学科协作,调控各系统间的相互影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Analyzing the clinical symptoms and the drug use of the elderly heart failure sufferer,to offer reference for the following early diagnosis,control and prevent by effect medicine.Methods Seleded the 175 cases of the elderly heart failure sufferers of our hospital to analyze.Results There were many incentives and pathogens for the elderly heart sufferers,and it was difficult of clinical diagnosis and treatment,high misdiagnosis rate,high fatality rate.9 cases of the group were misdiagnosed at early stage.Misdiagnosis rate was 5.1%.19 cases of the group died during in hospital,the death rate 10.9%,the cause of death are power failure 7 cases,malignant arrhythmia 4 cases,sudden death 3 cases,multiple organ failure 3 cases,metabolic disturbance 2 cases.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of the elderly heart failure sufferers are not typical,many pathogens,many therapeutic paradox,it is needed multi-discipline cooperation,to control the effect of each system.更多还原
