【摘要】 目的探讨医院-社区的综合护理干预在糖尿病足患者中的应用价值。方法选择我院临床确诊的糖尿病足患者40例,分为观察组与对照组各20例,观察组制定糖尿病足医院-社区护理干预及健康教育方案。如:心理指导、运动疗法、饮食护理干预。结合临床有效的创面药物处理技术,对患者进行治疗。对照组采用常规护理方法。结果所有患者均得到有效随访6个月,观察组18例有效,2例坏疽加重,截肢。对照组11例有效,显效2例,4例感染严重,3例坏疽加重转院治疗。结论建立医院-社区医患互动的整体护理模式,结合临床循证医学的活血化瘀,局部血糖控制和促进创面愈合用药的护理实施技术节点,对糖尿病足的治疗有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the hospital-a comprehensive community nursing intervention in diabetic foot patients in the application.Methods Choose our hospital diagnosed 40 patients with diabetic foot,divided into two groups and control group 20 cases,the observation group to develop diabetic foot hospital-community nursing intervention and health education programs.Such as: psychological guidance,physical therapy,diet nursing intervention.Combination of drugs clinically effective wound treatment technology,treatment of patients.Control group using conventional methods of care.Results All patients were followed up for 6 months,effective,efficient observation group,18 patients,2 cases of gangrene increased,amputation.The control group,11 cases were effective,effective in 2 cases,4 cases of serious infection,3 cases of gangrene increased referral treatment.Conclusion The establishment of the hospital-the whole community care model of patient interaction,clinical evidence-based medicine,blood circulation,local blood sugar control and promote wound healing medication care implementation technology nodes,the treatment of diabetic foot have significant effects.更多还原
