TCD和MRA检查与DSA诊断颅内动脉狭窄的对比研究

【摘要】 目的探讨经颅多普勒(TCD)和磁共振血管成像(MRA)诊断颅内动脉狭窄的可靠性。方法对128例经过全脑血管造影(DSA)证实存在颅内动脉狭窄的患者,同时进行TCD和MRA检查并进行比较。结果 TCD诊断颅内动脉狭窄的符合率为77.2%,另外有2例遗漏(大脑中动脉),还有3例为假阳性(颈内动脉)。MRA诊断颅内动脉狭窄的符合率为83.5%,没有遗漏,还有12为假阳性(颈内动脉7例,椎基底动脉系统5例)。结论 TCD和MRA检查作为便捷的颅内动脉狭窄筛查方法可靠性较高。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigation the reliability of Transcranial Doppler(TCD)and magnetic resonance angiography(MRA) in diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis.Methods All the 128 cases with intracranial artery stenosis were examined with TCD and MRA in order to compare with digital subtraction angiography(DSA).Results The conformaility of TCD was 77.2% in diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis,on the other hand,two cases were left out(middle cerebral artery),and three cases were false-positive(internal carotid artery).The conformaility of MRA was 83.5% in diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis,no missing,12 casea were false-positive(internal carotid artery were 7 cases,vertibrobasil systems stenosis were 5 cases).Conclusion The examination of TCD and MRA have highly reliability in diagnosis of intracranial artery stenosis with convenience.
