【摘要】 目的建立前列舒胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对前列舒胶囊中黄柏、蒲公英、栀子、赤芍等进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。色谱柱:PHENOMENEXODSC18柱(4.6×250mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(40:60)(每100ml含十二烷基磺酸钠0.1g);检测波长:345nm;流速:1ml/min;柱温:30℃。结果盐酸小檗碱在32.6～326.0ng范围内呈良好线性关系。平均回收率为96.84%,RSD为1.30%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、可靠,可作为前列舒胶囊的质量控制方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the quality standard of Qianlieshu capsule.Methods TLC were used to distinguish Huangbai,Pugongying,Zhizi and Chishao.HPLC were used for the deterimination of Berberine.The column was PHENOMENEX ODS C18(4.6 × 250 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase were acetonitrile0.1% phosphoric acid(40 ︰ 60)(including 0.1 g Sodium dodecyl sulfate per 100 ml) ;the detection wavelength at 345nm,flow rate at 1.0 ml/min and column temperature at 30℃ respectively.Results Berberine showed a good linear relationship in the range of 32.6 ～ 326.0ng,and the average recovery was 96.84% with RSD = 1.30%(n = 6).Conclusion This method is simple,accurate,reliable and can be used as a quality standard for Qianlieshu capsule.更多还原
