【摘要】 目的:优选骨舒胶囊的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验方法对影响水提取醇沉工艺的各因素进行考察,以HPLC测定淫羊藿苷的含量作为优选工艺的考察指标。结果:优选的最佳工艺为药材加10倍量水,煎煮1 h,煎煮3次;醇沉时浸膏相对密度为1.08(60℃),药液温度为40℃,加醇至60%。结论:按正交试验优选的提取工艺可行,以淫羊藿苷为指标成分,能较好控制提取工艺的质量,方法简便实用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of Gushu capsules.Method:The optimal technology was obtained by orthogonal design test.The icatiin in decoction liquid and ethanol precipitation liquid was determined by HPLC as examination target.Result:The optimal extraction technology of Gushu capsules was as follows:decoction liquid method with 10 times volume of water,extracted 3 times and for 1 h at each time.The ethanol precipitation method with temperature is at 40 ℃,adding ethanol to 60%,laying 3 days.Conclusion:The extraction technology is rational and feasible.The method is practical and can easily control the extpaction rechnology with icariin as terget ingredient.更多还原
