【摘要】 目的探讨无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的疗效。方法回顾分析我院采用无张力疝修补术治疗的67例腹股沟疝患者的临床资料,其中单侧斜疝43例,单侧直疝22例,双侧斜疝2例。结果本组患者切口疼痛轻微,仅有10例(14.9%)需肌注镇痛剂1次。无切口感染发生。2例(2.9%)患者有局部异物感,2～3个月后消失。术后发生尿潴留4例(5.9%)。未发生补片排斥的病例。随访2～30个月无1例复发。结论无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝,复发率低,并发症少,安全可靠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of tension-free hernioplasty in inguinal hernia.Methods Sixty-seven patients of inguinal hernia were treated by tension-free hernioplasty.They were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,43 cases were unilateral indirect inguinal hernia,22 cases were unilateral direct inguinal hernia,and 2 cases were bilateral indirect inguinal hernia.Results Among all the cases,there were 10 cases(14.9%)adopted analgesic once.Two cases(2.9%)had foreign body sensation which disappeared from 2 to 3 months after operation.Four cases(5.9%)had urinary retention.No patients had the incisional wound infection or the rejection of mesh.There was no recurrence case in follow-up period from 2 to 30 months.Conclusions Tension-free hernioplasty is a safe and reliable method to cure inguinal hernia.It has the advantages of low recurrence rate,mild pain or foreign body sensation.更多还原
