不同光照强度对观赏凤梨生长发育的影响

【摘要】 为了研究最有利于凤梨生长的光照强度,本实验以观赏凤梨品种‘丹尼斯’为材料,采用遮荫的方法研究了不同光照强度对观赏凤梨生长发育的影响。结果表明:夏季在75%自然光强下,观赏凤梨的叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量最高,其次为50%光强处理和25%光强处理;不同遮光处理均提高了观赏凤梨叶片的含氮量,较对照分别提高了227.2%、98.2%、85.9%,以75%光强处理提高幅度最大,但对根系的含氮量影响较小;75%光强处理的叶片和根系含碳量比全光照分别提高了153.3%和33.3%,但是75%光强处理下的叶片C/N最低,根系C/N最高;75%光强处理下的可溶性糖含量最高,植株生长势最强。总之,在太原地区高温季节,以透光率为自然光强的75%,即2.25×104~3×104lx的光照强度最有利于观赏凤梨的生长和发育。

【Abstract】 In order to study the light intensity that is beneficial to the growth and development of Bromeliaceae,the effect of light intensity on growth and development of Bromeliaceae’Dennis’were studied in greenhouse using different shading light treatment.The results showed:the contents of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and cartenoids were the highest under 75% natural light intensity,followed by 50% and 25%natural light intensity treatment.Different shading light treatment improved the nitrogen content of Bromeliaceae leaves and improved range were 227.2%,98.2%,85.9% respectively compared with the control,especially 75% natural light treatment highest.However,the nitrogen content of roots was less influenced under all treatments.The carbon content of leaves and roots increased 153.3%,33.3% respectively compared with the control,but the C/N of leaves was lowest and C/N of root was highest under 75% natural light intensity treatment.The soluble sugar content and plant growth potential were the strongest under 75% natural light intensity treatment.In short,the 75% natural light intensity,namely 2.25×104-3×10 4 lx,was the most suitable light condition in the hot season of Taiyuan area.
