重金属在油茶林地及树体中的富集特性研究

【摘要】 以邵阳县油茶林地及植株为研究对象,采用随机布点法选择20个样点采集土壤和油茶植株根、茎、叶、果实样品,应用原子吸收分光光度法和原子荧光法测定油茶林地土壤和油茶植株根、茎、叶、种仁中不同器官的重金属含量,探讨Cr、Cd、Pb、As、Hg等5种重金属在油茶植株上的富集能力。结果表明:土壤中5种重金属的平均含量由高到低的顺序为:Cr>Pb>As>Cd>Hg,数值分别为41.209 4、23.002 01、9.380 41、.297 20、.365 8 mg/kg;4种器官对5种重金属元素的平均富集能力由高到低的顺序是茎>叶>根>种仁,数值分别是0.272 8、0.230 1、0.200 3、0.114 mg/kg。5种元素在植物4种器官富集系数的平均值由高到低的顺序是Pb>Cr>Cd>Hg>As,数值分别为0.536、0.246 8、0.190 20、.036 40、.011 9 mg/kg。其中,Pb在根、茎、叶中的富集系数是5种重金属里最高的,分别是0.523 70、.815 50、.721 9 mg/kg;Cd在种仁里的富集系数最高,为0.290 8;Hg在不同器官的富集系数大小跟该器官重金属含量规律一致,由高到低递减;砷的富集系数以叶最高,其次分别是种仁、根、茎;Cr在茎里的富集系数最高,其次分别是根、种仁、叶。

【Abstract】 The content of five heavy metals(Cr,Cd,Pb,As,and Hg) in roots,stems,leaves,seeds of Camellia oleifera and the corresponding soils collected from Shaoyang County were measured by atomic absorption and atomic fluorescence spectrometry.The results show that the average content of five elements in soil from high to low was: Cr>Pb>As>Cd>Hg,having values of 41.2094,23.0020,19.3804,1.2972 and 0.3658 mg/kg,respectively;the order of average content of five heavy metal elements in Camellia organs from high to low was as follows: stem>leaf>root>seed kernel,their average contents were 0.2728,0.2301,0.2003,and 0.114 mg/kg respectively;and the order of average accumulation index of the elements in different organs from high to low was as follows: Pb>Cr>Cd>Hg>As,their average accumulation indexes were 0.536,0.2468,0.1902,0.0364,and 0.0119 respectively.The accumulation index of Pb in root,stem,and leaf was the highest among the five heavy metals,reading 0.5237,0.8155,and 0.7219 mg/kg respectively.The accumulation index of Cd in seed kernel was the highest,being 0.2908 mg/kg.The accumulation index of Hg in different organs decreases by the same pattern of heavy metals contents;As has the highest accumulation index in the leaf,followed by seed kernel,root and stem;the highest accumulation index of Cr was in the stem,followed by the root,seed kernel and leaf.
