【摘要】 目的研究衰老血管内皮细胞增殖和凋亡与S1P2受体表达的相关性。方法采用RT-PCR检测年轻(Y)、中年(I)和衰老(S)内皮细胞的S1P2受体的表达;运用MTT法和流式细胞术(FCA)分别检测年轻(Y)、中年(I)和衰老(S)内皮细胞的增殖和凋亡。结果 S1P2受体mRNA在衰老内皮细胞中的表达显著上调(P<0.01);衰老内皮细胞的增殖能力显著下调(P<0.01);衰老内皮细胞凋亡明显增加(P<0.01)。结论衰老内皮细胞的S1P2受体表达上调与内皮细胞的增殖和凋亡改变相关联。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between cell proliferation,apoptosis changes and S1P2 receptor expression in the ageing process in vascular endothelial cells(ECs).Methods The expression levels of S1P2 receptor in young(Y),intermediate(I) and senescent(S) ECs were detected by RT-PCR.The ECs proliferation was detected by MTT and the apoptosis was measured by flow cytometry.Results The expression level of S1P2 receptor was significantly up-regulated in senescent ECs(P < 0.05).The cell proliferation was dramatically diminished in senescent ECs(P < 0.05).The apoptosis of senescent ECs was significantly increased(P < 0.05).Conclusions Up-regulation of S1P2 receptor expression is related to the changes of cell proliferation and apoptosis in senescent ECs.更多还原
