【摘要】 目的探讨牙本质瓷不同厚度对Cercon氧化锆全瓷冠色彩学的影响。方法将75个氧化锆试件分为3组,在其表面烧结不同颜色的牙本质瓷。每个颜色组设5个牙本质瓷厚度组,分别为0.6、0.8、1.0、1.2、1.4mm,每个厚度组各5个试件。采用Vita Easyshade比色仪测量各组每个试件的色彩参数L*、a*、b*值。结果各组Cercon氧化锆全瓷试件的明度L*值随着牙本质瓷的厚度增加而降低,a*、b*值随着牙本质瓷的厚度增加而增加。结论 Cercon氧化锆全瓷冠牙本质瓷厚度的改变能引起其色彩学的变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of different thickness of dentin porcelain on the chromatology of zirconia all-ceramic crown.Methods 75 zirconia samples were divided into three groups(n=25) according to the color of dentin porcelain(2M2,3M2,and 4M2).In each group,the thickness of dentine porcelain was set at 0.6,0.8,1.0,1.2,and 1.4 mm respectively(n=5).Vita Easyshade system was applied to detect the values of L*,a*,b* of each sample.Results With the increase of the thickness of dentine porcelain,the value of L* of the zirconia samples decreased,while the value of a* and b* increased.Conclusion The thickness of dentin porcelain has a significant effect on the chromatology of Cercon zirconia all-ceramic crown.更多还原
