基于Fe基非晶薄带的宽线性GMI传感器

【摘要】 基于Fe76S i7.6B9.5P5C1.9非晶合金薄带的巨磁阻抗特性,研制了一种新型磁敏传感器.介绍了Fe76S i7.6B9.5P5C1.9非晶合金薄带的GM I特性及磁敏传感器的电路原理,并对磁敏传感器进行了性能测试.实验结果表明:该传感器的重复性好,迟滞误差小,线性范围广,并且在弱磁场作用下仍然可以保持良好的线性度,灵敏度为3.49 mV/(A.m-1).

【Abstract】 A new kind of magnetic sensor was developed based on Giant Magneto-impedance effect(GMI)of Fe76Si7.6B9.5P5C1.9 amorphous alloy thin ribbon.The GMI characteristics of Fe76Si7.6B9.5P5C1.9 amorphous alloy thin ribbon,magnetic sensor circuit and performance test of the magnetic sensor were discussed.The results showed that the sensor had good repeatability,almost no hysteresis,good linearity,a wide range of linear measurement(-651.14~325.57 A/m),and sensitivity of 3.49 mV/(A·m-1) etc.What important was that linearity was preserved in weak magnetic field.
