【摘要】 目的探讨实施对医护人员的管理,以控制血液透析室血液感染的发生。方法加强医务人员和患者管理,将管理贯穿于医院感染监控的各个环节,健全规范各项规章制度。结果使各项医院感染管理工作更加规范,杜绝了血液感染的发生。结论只有管理规范化,认真实施各项监控措施,才能达到血液透析零感染的目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To discuss the management of medical personnel,to control blood infection in hemodialysis room.METHODS Relying on detail management in various links of monitoring and control of hospital infection,the management of medical staff and patients was enhanced and various rules and norms were improved.RESULTS The various managements of hospital infection become more standardized,thus the occurrence of blood infection was prevented.CONCLUSION Only the standardized management and the control measures are seriously implemented,can we achieve the goal of zero infection in hemodialysis division.更多还原
