【摘要】 目的调查杭州市某城区洗头店女性性工作者的性传播疾病(STD)感染情况。方法 2009年1月-2010年5月杭州某城区公安人员在巡查洗头店时当场抓获的正在从事性交易者,对她们进行性传播疾病(解脲脲支原体、沙眼衣原体、淋菌、梅毒、艾滋病)的检测。结果 98例性工作者中,解脲脲支原体感染者87例,阳性率为88.78%,沙眼衣原体感染者40例,阳性率为40.82%,梅毒感染者25例,阳性率为25.51%,淋菌感染者12例,阳性率为12.24%;两种病原体合并感染者56例,3种病原体感染者8例,未发现艾滋病感染者。结论女性性工作者感染的性传播疾病中解脲脲支原体和沙眼衣原体最为常见,梅毒螺旋体和淋菌感染较普通人群要高,未发现艾滋病感染者;公安部门应严厉打击卖淫嫖娼行为,加强广大人群的性病、艾滋病的宣传。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the infection status of sexually transmitted diseases(STD) of the female sex workers who work in shampoo shop in Hangzhou.METHODS Jan 2009 to May 2010,The female sex workers were arrested by the police office when they were engaging in sexual transactions,the sexually transmitted diseases(including Uu,Chlamydia trachomatis CT,Lin coccus NGH,Syphilis TP,AIDS,HIV) were detected.RESULTS Among 98 cases of sex workers,87 cases were UU infections with the positive rate of 88.78%;Chlamydia trachomatis infections in 40 patients(40.82%);Syphilis infection in 25 cases(25.51%);Gonococcal infection in 12 cases(12.24%);The combined infections caused by two pathogens were in 56 cases,8 cases were the combined infection by three pathogens,HIV infection was not found.CONCLUSIONS Uu and Chlamydia trachomatis are most common in sexually transmitted disease among female sex workers.The infection rate of Treponema pallidum and Neisseria gonorrhoeae is higher than that of the general population,HIV infection is not found;Public security departments should strictly crack down on prostitution act and strengthen the promotion of the knowledge about the sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS among the general population.更多还原
