【摘要】 目的为控制医院感染的发生,对医院的消毒质量进行了监测。方法按《消毒技术规范》的方法进行。结果物体表面监测合格率92.9%,压力蒸汽灭菌锅监测合格率93.3%,环境空气、医护人员手、使用中的消毒液、使用中灭菌液、紫外线灯辐射强度连续6年消毒监测合格率100.0%,2006-2009年医院消毒灭菌每项指标监测结果合格率均为100.0%。结论保证消毒质量首先思想要高度重视,建立医院感染控制组织,制定医院感染控制制度,落实消毒灭菌制度和监督措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To monitor the quality of disinfection,so as to control the occurrence of nosocomial infection.METHODS The monitoring of the disinfection was performed by the method introduced by the disinfection technique regulation of Ministry of Health.RESULTS The qualified rate of surface monitoring was 92.9%,pressure steam bacteria-wiping pot monitoring qualification rate was 93.3%.The qualification rate of environment air,hands of doctors and nurses,disinfection liquid,bacteria wiping liquid,ultraviolet lamp radiation strength were 100.0% for 6 successive years.The disinfection and bacteria-wiping monitoring result qualification rate was 100.0%.CONCLUSION The study concludes that attaching great importance,establishing the nosocomial infection control division,formulating the infection control system and implementing the sterilization and disinfection system and the monitoring system can ensure the quality of the disinfection.更多还原
