【摘要】 目的探讨眼内手术感染的危险因素及其预防与控制措施。方法针对引起眼内手术感染的因素进行分析,建立健全医疗器械清洗、消毒制度,严格管理无菌植入物品使用,强化手术环境管理及无菌技术制度及眼科医师、护士管理制度。结果完善了围手术期感染控制流程,提高了医护人员预防手术感染意识,确保眼内手术的安全,降低了眼内手术感染率。结论完善的眼内手术管理措施,并确保这些措施的正确实施,是预防眼内手术感染的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the risk factors for infectious endophthalmitis after operation and measures for prevention and control.METHODS The factors associated with infectious endophthalmitis after operation were analyzed.The strict system of washing and sterilization of operative instruments were established.The usage of the sterile implant materials was strictly managed.The management of surgical environment,the aseptic techniques system and the management system of ophthalmologist and nurses were further strengthened.RESULTS The procedure of peri-operation infection control,the awareness of the oculist and nurse faculty about infection prevention were improved.The safety of intraocular surgery was ensured,and the infection rate was reduced.CONCLUSION Perfect management of intraocular operation and its proper implementation are the key factors to prevent intraocular operation infection.更多还原
