【Abstract】 Transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β) is a multifunctional cytokine, which is related with many diseases. TGF-β contributes to cell migration, infiltration, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis, extracellular matrix (ECM) and collagen formation and deposition, and regulates cell’s response to wound.
