【摘要】 干细胞因其具有多向分化能力而逐渐成为组织工程学研究热点。猪骨髓间充质干细胞因其基因型与人有很多同源性而成为较理想的实验材料。因尚未发现特异性表面标志物,故目前实验研究中常采用根据其取材部位来源、细胞形态特征和相对特异细胞表面标记或证明其具有诱导分化能力相结合的方法,来判定实验所得细胞为猪骨髓间充质干细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 Multipotent stem cells become a into tissue engineering research focus increasingly because of their ability of differentiation.
