【摘要】 文章对五坐标数控加工后置处理中的跨象限问题进行了研究,给出了旋转轴为BC轴的五坐标数控机床的后置处理公式,分析了软RTCP功能的基本原理,给出了软RTCP功能算法流程。为了验证文中提出的软RTCP功能算法的正确性,还在VERICUT软件中构建了机床模型,针对一闭式叶轮的封闭流道进行了仿真加工。仿真试验表明,文中提出的算法可以很好的解决后置处理中的跨象限问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper studied the step across quadrant problem in five-axis CNC post process,proposed post process formula for BC rotation axis five-axis CNC machine,analyzed fundamental theory of soft RTCP function,and provided algorithm flow process of soft RTCP.For verifying the validity of soft RTCP function algorithm,this paper also created a five-axis machine model in VERICUT application,simulated machining a closed runner of a closed impeller part.Simulation results showed the soft RTCP algorithm can ideally solve the step across quadrant problem in post process.更多还原
