【摘要】 目的:探讨腔内介入治疗髂股静脉血栓后综合征的临床价值。方法:对28例患者进行以球囊扩张及支架置入为主的综合治疗,其中27例行髂股静脉病变段扩张术,25例内置支架。结果:术中术后无继发下肢肿胀及血栓形成,21例获得1～38个月,平均18个月的随访,病情均明显改善。结论:腔内介入是治疗髂股静脉血栓后综合征的一种安全有效的手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application value of endovascular techniques in treating old thrombus in iliofemoral deep veins.Methods Twenty-eight cases of old thrombus in iliofemoral deep veins were treated by percutaneous balloon angioplasty/endovascular stent implantation comprehensive treatment.Follow-up observation of therapeutic effect was done.Results No intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,thrombosis,pulmonary embolism and death cases were found.A mean 18-month follow-up study showed a good long-term result.Conclusion Endovascular stent-graft treatment of old thrombus in iliofemoral deep veins therapy is a safe and effective procedure.更多还原
