【摘要】 目的探究不同洁净级别的配液环境对配制后药液的可见异物及不溶性微粒指标的影响,从而确定适宜洁净级别的配液环境,减少药物的二次污染,以期提高临床药物治疗的安全性。方法选定3个环境及3个不同的处方配液,分别进行可见异物和不溶性微粒检测。结果随着配液环境洁净级别的提高,配液中可见异物及不溶性微粒的指标呈减少趋势。结论提高配液环境的洁净级别,可降低配液中不溶性微粒和可见异物的污染概率,保证配液质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence on the indicators of visible foreign matter and insoluble particles in the liquid mixed under the different levels of cleanliness,to determine the appropriate level with mixing liquid environment for reducing drug secondary pollution,in order to improve the safety of clinical drug treatment.Methods Select three environmental and three different prescriptions to mixing liquid,visible foreign matter and insoluble particles were detected,respectively.Results With the cleanliness level of mixing liquid environment to improve,the indicators of visible foreign matter and insoluble particles tended to decrease.Conclusion It can reduce contamination probability of insoluble particles and visible foreign matter and ensure quality to improve cleanliness level of mixing liquid environment.更多还原
