【摘要】 目的采用RP-HPLC法对复方止咳颗粒中甘草酸的含量进行测定。方法采用Kromasil C18柱,流动相:甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(68∶32),流速:1.0mL.min-1,检测波长:250nm。结果甘草酸在0.17～4.25μg范围内有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD为0.94%。结论本法简便快捷,结果准确,重复性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective A HPLC method was established for determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Zhike Complex Granules by RP-HPLC.Methods A Kromasil C18 column was used with methanol and 1% acetic acid(68∶32)as the mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 250nm.Results The calibration range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.17～4.25μg(r=0.9999).The mean recovery was 98.4% and RSD was 0.94%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible.更多还原
