【摘要】 目的:了解我院抗骨质疏松症药的应用现状及趋势。方法:根据我院药品计算机管理系统提取的数据资料,从不同角度进行统计、分析。结果:我院2007-2009年抗骨质疏松症药销售金额逐年上升,双膦酸盐类药所占比例较大,达50%以上;中药类所占比例逐年上升,2009年升至第2位;性激素类药所占比例较小,每年均低于4%。国产药占主导地位,每年均占80%以上。结论:双膦酸盐类药已成为我院临床医师治疗骨质疏松症的首选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application and the trend of anti-osteoporosis agents in our hospital.METHODS:The data and information collected from drug computer management systems were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:The consumption sum of anti-osteoporosis agents increased gradually in our hospital during 2007-2009,of which bisphosphonates occupied more than 50%.The proportions of TCM increased year by year to the second place in 2009.The proportion of sex hormone is lower than 4%.Domestic drugs took up the predominate place and accounted for more than 80%.CONCLUSION:Bisphosphonates are the first choice for clinical physicians in the treatment of osteoporosis in our hospital.更多还原
