药品零售连锁企业的供应链声誉博弈模型建立

【摘要】 目的:促进药品零售连锁企业与顾客间实现双赢。方法:通过分析药品零售连锁企业供应链与顾客间的博弈,建立了考虑供应链声誉建设成本的供应链企业声誉模型并进行分析。结果与结论:企业供应链声誉直接影响了顾客的评判以及药品零售连锁企业的利润。当由于建立声誉而降低的成本大于药品零售连锁企业供应链声誉维护成本时,企业供应链和顾客间的博弈可以达到双赢。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To achieve win-win benefit of customer and medicine retail enterprises.METHODS:Game theory was used to analyze the game between customers and supply chain of medicine retail enterprises.The reputation model of supply chain enterprises which concerned about the cost of reputation was built and analyzed.RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The reputation of supply chain influences the judgment of customers and the profit of enterprises directly.When the cost that reduced by the establishment of reputation is greater than the maintenance cost for the catering supply chain,the game between the supply chain and customers will bring profit to both sides.
