【摘要】 目的观察不同清洗方式对宫腔吸引管残留血的清洗效果。方法用隐血试验法,对不同清洗方法清洗宫腔吸引管内壁残留血的效果进行了检测。结果用方法C清洗程序,使用后宫腔吸引管立即用流动水刷洗,再经多酶洗剂浸泡,进行超声波清洗,再用手工进一步刷洗,清洗效果最好,隐血试验结果合格率为100%。以方法B清洗效果最差,隐血试验结果合格率仅为73.33%。因为宫腔吸引管使用后放置2 h,血液已经干燥,且不用手工刷洗,残留血很难清洗干净。结论使用后带血管腔器械需要立即用流动水冲洗,再用酶洗剂和超声机清洗+手工刷洗,清洗效果最好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the cleaning efficacy of different ways to clean the residual blood in the attraction tube of uteri cavity.Method The occult blood testing method was used to test the cleaning efficacy of the different way to clean the residual blood in the attraction tube of uteri cavity.Results With the method C clean procedure,after using the attraction tube of uteri cavity,the tube should be cleaned with the streaming water immediately,then dipping the tube in the multi-enzyme lotion,carrying out the supersonic cleaning,further cleaning manually again,the cleaning efficacy is the best,and the qualified rate of the occult blood test is 100%.It is the worst by the method B,the qualified rate of occult blood test is only 73.33%.Because after using the attraction tube of uteri cavity,it was laid aside for 2 hours,the blood was already dry,and not clean manually,the residual blood was very difficult to clean cleanly.Conclusion The lumen instrument residual blood need to be flushed by the streaming water immediately,and cleaned with the multi-enzyme lotion and the supersonic machine clean,finally cleaned manually,the cleaning efficacy is best.更多还原
