【摘要】 目的观察临床宫腔吸引管清洗方法的效果,提高清洗质量。方法通过目测法和隐血试验法,对4组清洗方法清洗宫腔吸引管的效果进行了比较观察。结果以A组清洗方法效果最差,清洗效果合格率波动在36%～60%;B组清洗方法的清洗效果合格率为50%～90%。C组和D组清洗方法的效果接近,明显好于A组和B组,合格率达到90%～100%。结论使用后的宫腔吸引管,用刷洗+超声波酶洗剂清洗法清洗效果较好,可操作性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of cleaning methods for uterine suction tube in order to improve the cleaning quality. Methods Visual observation and occult blood test were used to compare the effects of four kinds of cleaning methods for uterine suction tube. Results Group A was the worst cleaning method and the cleaning pass rate fluctuated in the range of 36%-60%.The cleaning pass rate of Group B fluctuated in the range of 50%-90%.The cleaning effects of Group C and Group D were similar and the cleaning pass rates were>90% which were significantly better than those of group A and group B. Conclusion Comparing the effects of cleaning methods for uterine suction tube,the method of scrub + ultrasonic is better and operable.更多还原
