【摘要】 船舶辅锅炉是船舶最重要的设备之一,是船舶安全营运的重要保障。为了实现提高辅锅炉自动化程度、安全性和经济性的目的,文章在研究目前船舶辅锅炉自动控制系统的基础上,依据PLC技术对其进行改进,增加智能投药处理、定时吹灰与排污以及蒸汽品质自动控制环节,并进行了模拟实验,结果表明该设计是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Marine auxiliary boiler is one of the most important equipments for ship’s safe sailing.In order to promote the level of automation,security and economy of the auxiliary boiler,this paper perfects the auxiliary boiler on the basis of researching the existing ones with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)technique by adding automatic water treatment,timing soot-blowing and scum,and automatic steam quality control.The new design proves feasible and realized by simulated test.更多还原
