【摘要】 目的:观察中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的临床疗效。方法:选取170例患者,随机分为两组,均处于急性期。对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上辅以中药外敷并于患者恢复期进行功能恢复锻炼。结果:治疗组85例患者经治疗,显效48例(56.47%),有效23例(27.06%),见效11例(12.94%),无效3例(3.53%),总有效率达到96.47%,与对照组总有效率74.11%相比,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,且所有患者治疗后均未见明显不良反应。结论:中西医结合治疗腰椎间盘突出症可发挥两种治疗体系的优势,而且疗效显著,用药安全,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症急性期的理想方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the treatment of lumbar disc herniation combined with Western medicine in acute phase of clinical efficacy.Methods:170 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,both in the acute phase.The control group were treated with conventional western medical treatment,the treatment group based on the patients in the control group,supplemented by external application of Chinese medicine for functional recovery in patients with recovery exercise.Results:The 85 patients were treated,cured in 48 cases(56.47%),effective in 23 cases(27.06%),effective in 11 cases(12.94%) and 3 cases(3.53%) in no effective,and the total efficiency of 96.47%,and control group compared with 74.11% efficiency,there were significant differences,P<0.05,and after treatment,all patients were no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Integrative treatment of lumbar disc herniation can play the advantages of the two treatment system,and the effect is significant,drug safety,the treatment of acute lumbar disc herniation the ideal method.更多还原
