【摘要】 目的:探讨应用水平投照角度不同的2张牙片定位上颌前部埋伏牙的可靠性。方法:对30例上颌前部埋伏牙患者拍摄常规及水平偏移角度的2张牙片,观察埋伏牙影像移位情况,判定埋伏于唇、腭侧的情况,依据判定的埋伏牙位置选取唇、腭侧不同入路开窗手术。结果:埋伏牙相对于参照牙影像移动方向与投照偏移方向相同者位于腭侧,埋伏牙相对于参照牙影像移动方向与投照偏移方向相反者位于唇侧。30例患者的手术入路均正确。结论:用水平投照角度不同的2张牙片定位上颌前部埋伏牙方便、廉价、准确。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To disscuss the reliability of the two horizontal different direction tooth X-ray for localization of unerupted maxillary anterior teeth.Methods:30 cases with unerupted maxillary anterior teeth were made general tooth X-ray and lateral tooth X-ray.Observed and located the unerupted maxillary anterior teeth,then chose the way to operation.Results:The direction which the image of the unerupted teeth shift was same that of X-ray,the unerupted teeth were located palatal side;On the contrary,the unerupted teeth were located labial side.All the ways to operation were right for 30 cases.Conclusion:It is easy,economical,and exact to locate unerupted maxillary anterior teeth with two horizontal different direction tooth X-ray.更多还原
