响应面法优化超声波提取生姜精油工艺的研究
Study on optimization of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of essentialoil from ginger using response surface method
【摘要】 目的采用响应面优化超声波提取生姜中生姜精油的提取工艺。在单因素实验基础上,选择提取过程中的超声时间、液料比和超声波功率为随机因子,进行三因素三水平Box-Behnken中心组合设计,采用响应面法分析(RSM)三个因素对生姜精油提取率的影响。实验结果表明:超声波法提取生姜精油的最优条件为:以石油醚为提取溶剂,提取时间为15.8 min,液料比为10.03∶1和超声功率为356.42 W。模型预测生姜精油提取率理论值可达到3.70%,3次验证实验的平均提取率为3.75%,与预测值相对误差为1.35%,理论值与实验值相吻合,说明该优化方法合理可行。
【Abstract】 Objective response surface analysis methodology(RSM) was applied to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of essential oil from ginger.The single-factor experiments and Box-behnken central component experiments design were applied.Extraction time,ratio of liquid to solid and ultrasonic power were chosen as casual factors.RSM was employed to study on the effect of these factors on the yield of essential oil from ginger.The results show that extracting time 15.8 min,ratio of liquid to solid 10.03∶1,ultrasonic power 356.42 W.Validation experiments were carried out at these optimum conditions,the average yield of general flavonoids is 3.75%.The relative error between actual values and predicted values is 1.35%.It fit well the predicted values.These results demonstrated that this method is feasible.
