环氧耐温涂料的配方设计及制备

【摘要】 采用酚醛环氧树脂及脂肪胺类固化剂、耐温颜填料等原料,制备了可常温固化的环氧耐温涂料,涂层具有优异的耐热水、耐介质性能。进行了配方设计,讨论了固化剂、颜填料、助剂对涂料性能的影响。

【Abstract】 Using epoxy resin,fatty amine curing agent and heat-resistant pigments,we have prepared epoxy heat-resistant coatings of room temperature curing.The coatings are of excellent hot water and medium resistance.This paper discusses the formula design and the influence of curing agent,pigments and additives on property of the coatings.
