【摘要】 以氨基树脂585-1、0.5s硝化棉为成膜物质,再加入助溶剂、催干剂并以无水乙醇作为稀释剂进行溶合,得到一种醇溶性纸张上光涂料。讨论了树脂、硝化棉、助溶剂、催干剂等组分及用量对涂料性能的影响。结果表明:m(树脂)∶m(硝化棉)∶m(助溶剂)∶m(催干剂)=4∶10∶21∶1时,上光涂料的干燥速率最大,涂膜综合性能良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 The alcohol-soluble finishing coatings for color printing paperboard are prepared through the solution polymerization with binders of amino resin 585-1 and 0.5S nitrocellulose, co-solvent, drier and the diluents of ethanol. The influence of compositions and amount of resin, nitrocellulose, co-solvent and drier on paints property is discussed. The result shows that, with the ratio of 4∶10∶21∶1 of resin, nitrocellulose, co-solvent and drier, the coatings are of best drying rate and good comprehensive properties.更多还原
