液氮冷冻睑黄色瘤疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察液氮冷冻疗法治疗睑黄色瘤的效果。方法:对76例(112只眼)睑黄色瘤患者将-196°低温冷冻头置于瘤体表面进行多点冷冻,冷冻范围包括瘤体及瘤缘健康组织,每点冷冻10秒,每2周冷冻1次,连续2次,结果术后随访1年。结果:29例睑黄色瘤消失,瘤体基底脱色素,皮肤无瘢痕形成。38例睑黄色瘤明显缩小,色泽变淡。3例睑黄瘤无继续长大。5例瘤体略有增大,总有效89.51%。结论:液氮冷冻治疗睑黄色瘤具有效果好、操作简单、费用低无明显并发症等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To observe the effect of liquid nitrogen(LN) treatment of xanthoma palpebralum xanthelasma.Methods:76 patients(112simple eye)with xanthoma palpebralum xanthelasma.Got-196 oc low temperature LN freezing on the surfal the tumour with milti-poin frozen,frozen range indude tumour and tumour edge of healthy tissue.freezing time of each point was 10 seconds.Each patient got eryogenit treatment two week.and for 2 Conseutive times.Results:The Potients were followed up for 1 year.Results:There were 29 Cases of tumour disappear and on scar formation.38 cases of xanthelasma Palpebrarum xan the lasma significantly reduced.to varying degrees depigmentation.Color dodge,3 cases of xanthelasma palpebrarum xanthelasma without growth.5 cases of xanthelasma palpebrarum xanthelasma increased slightly,The total effective rate was 89.51%.Conclusions:The LN freezing treatment of xanthelasma Palpebraum xanthelasma has the advantages of good effect.Simple operation low cost.No significant complications and so on.更多还原
