热毒宁治疗支气管肺炎70例疗效观察

【摘要】 目的:观察热毒宁注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将70例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,两组均给常规的抗感染和止咳平喘治疗,在此基础上治疗组另加热毒宁注射液治疗。结果:两组退热时间及克、咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失所需时间比较,差异均有显著性,治疗组明显短于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的显效率为85.71%,显著高于对照组的62.85%(P<0.05);且未见明显副作用。结论:热毒宁注射液治疗小儿支气管肺炎安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Reduning injection in treatment of bronchopneumonia.Methods:70 cases with bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35)and control group(n=35).Two groups received routine treatment for infection,cough and asthma,while treatment group was given Reduning injection.Results:There was significant difference between two groups in duration of fever and disappearing time of cough,expectoration,asthma,pulmonary rattle and consolidation(P<0.01).The improving rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(85.71% vs 62.85%,P<0.05),and few side effects showed in treatment group.Conclusion:Reduning treatment is recommended for its effectiveness and safety in treatment of bronchopneumonia.更多还原
