【摘要】 论文系统分析创新环境的内涵,阐明公共产业载体对科技园创新环境营建意义的基础上,提出中关村软件园二期产业载体的的发展战略。

【Abstract】 Based on systematically analyze the connotation of Innovative Milieus,and fully clarify the significance of Industrial Carriers on creating the innovative milieus of Science and Technology Park,the authors point out the development strategy of industrial carriers in Phase -ⅡProject of Zhongguancun Software Park.
