【Abstract】 The old course of Yellow river within northern Jiangsu province is the most representative ground river forming in the process of the yellow river flowing into the sea through depriving of the course of Huaihe river during the Ming and Qing dynasties,also well known as agricultural heritage.As a kind of valuable resources,it possesses great exploitation potential and wonderful prospects,so the comprehensive exploiting is available.Under the premise of scientific protection,reasonable exploiting the old course of yellow river has an important significance for improving ecological environment,promoting regional economic development,enhancing the water culture of the Yellow river and Huaihe river as well as preserving the historical and cultural heritage.更多还原
