松河矿煤巷快速掘进技术研究

【摘要】 针对松河矿开采煤层属薄及中厚近距离煤层群、煤层原始瓦斯压力大且含量高的问题,提出了煤巷快速掘进技术。应用结果表明,通过采取合理有效的区域性措施预抽煤层瓦斯,降低了煤层瓦斯含量与瓦斯压力,煤层瓦斯压力小于0.74MPa,消突措施有效;检验期间煤层中进行钻孔等作业时未发生喷孔、顶钻及其他煤与瓦斯突出预兆,实现了煤巷的快速掘进。

【Abstract】 The mining coal seam of Songhe coal mine belongs to thin and moderate thickness close distance coal seam group,and the initial gas pressure in the coal seam is great and the gas content is high.So the rapid driving of coal roadway was proposed.The application results showed that the reasonable and effective measure to pre-drain the gas in some areas could decrease the gas content and pressure,making gas pressure lower than 0.74 MPa.No spray from borehole,no drill break and no other outburst phenomena occurred during the coal seam drilling in checking period,achieving the rapid driving of coal roadways.
