【摘要】 目的探讨血管造影(CTA)对颅内前循环动脉瘤的诊断及急诊手术的指导意义。方法回顾性分析年月至2010年10月收治的42例颅内前循环动脉瘤患者的临床资料;以CTA指导设计手术入路及动脉瘤夹的选择,急诊手术夹闭动脉瘤,并将术前CTA所示与术中所见进行比较。结果 42例患者术前CTA所示的动脉瘤大小、形状、瘤顶指向、起源、与载瘤动脉及周围骨性结构的关系等方面均与术中所见相符。结论 CTA在颅内前循环动脉瘤急诊手术夹闭中有较好的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the value of CT angiography (CTA) to the diagnosis and emergency neurosurgery of the intracranial anterior circulation aneurysms (IACCA).Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with IACCA,who received preoperative CTA examination and emergency neurosurgery from October,2008 to October 2010,were analyzed retrospectively.The operative approaches were designed and the anuerysmal clamps were selected under the guidance of CTA.The aneurysms shown by CTA were compared to those seen by the operators during the surgery.Results The aneurismal size,shape,orientation and origin and its relationship with the parent artery and surrounding osseous structure shown by CTA were in correspondence with those seen by the operators during the surgery.Conclusion CTA is very helpful to the emergency neurosurgery for IACCA.更多还原
