【摘要】 目的了解上海市闵行区结核病疫情动态和结核知识知晓情况,为制定新的结核病防治规划提供科学依据。方法根据全国第五次结核病流行病学抽样调查方案,采取分层整群随机抽样方法抽调查点,≥15岁常住居民为调查对象,进行胸片X线检查和结核病可疑症状及核心信息知晓率调查。结果实检人口为1532人,受检率为87.05%。无活动性肺结核患者。实检人口核心信息总知晓率为71.23%,5条核心信息中知晓率最高项为88.38%,最低项为23.89%;不同年龄组间知识知晓率存在显著性差异,≥65岁老人知晓率(62.18%)相对较低。结论上海市闵行区结核病疫情得到有效控制,公众结核病核心信息知晓率有了明显提高,但需要进一步加强宣传教育,提高公众结核病核心信息知晓率,并更好控制结核病疫情。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the epidemiological trend of the tuberculosis(TB) and the status survey of public knowledge of key TB messages in Minhang District,Shanghai City,and to provide scientific basis to make new TB control programme.Methods According to the methods of the fifth epidemiologic sampling survey of TB in China,the method of stratified cluster random sampling was used.Sternum was carried out for permanent residents who were ≥15 years old.At the same time,TB suspicious symptoms and the key messages of the survey were investigated.Results The number of people who were actually examined in this survey was 1532.The examination rate was 87.05%.No active TB patient was found in this survey.The average awareness rate of key TB messages among surveyed people was 71.23%.Among the five key messages,the highest awareness rate was 88.38%,while the lowest one was only 23.89%.There was significant difference among the different age groups’ awareness rates.What’s more,the awareness rate of key TB messages was relatively low among the people who were over 65 years old(62.18%).Conclusion The infection of TB has been controlled effectively,and the awareness rates of key TB messages of the public have been much improved.In order to improve the awareness rates of key TB messages to a higher level and to control the condition of TB much more preferably,it’s essential to strengthen the health promotion on TB key messages to the public.更多还原
