【摘要】 以端硅烷基聚醚预聚体为基础聚合物,气相法白炭黑为补强填料与触变剂,二月桂酸二丁基锡为催化剂,添加适当偶联剂,制备了一种透明型有机硅改性聚醚密封胶(MS胶)。以端硅烷基聚醚预聚体100份、气相法白炭黑17份、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)25份、抗下垂剂3份、适量助剂、催化剂0.5～1份制备的单组分MS胶具有优异的耐候性、高抗形变位移能力及良好的粘结性、涂饰性、低沾污性、环境友好性等特点,且透明性优良,2 mm厚胶片透光率达到86%。更多还原

【Abstract】 One component transparent silicone modified polyether sealant(MS sealant) was prepared using silyl-terminated polyether as basic polymer,fumed silica as reinforcing filler and thixotropic agent,dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst and coupling agent.A MS sealant prepared with silyl-terminated polyether 100,fumed silica 17,dioctyl phthalate(DOP) 25,anti-sagging agent 3,catalyst 0.5～1 and some promoter shows excellent weatherability and capacity to accommodate movement,good adhesion,coating performance and stain resistance and environmentally friendly as well as good transparency with transmission rate of 2 mm film of 86%.更多还原
